Founder

Elizabeth Elizardi is the mother of two strong-willed girls, ages eight and five, and wife of twelve years to a native (yes, born and raised) New Orleanian.      Building on her experience as a national speaker, online contributor to Psychology Today and writer for Positive Psychology News Daily, Elizabeth hopes to build a flourishing network of parents internationally who examine and prioritize Well-Being while raising children.  She coaches parents and educators on mindfulness, building positive emotions, activating strengths, finding purpose and accomplishing meaningful goals.  Elizabeth is one of the first two hundred people in the world to complete a Master's degree in Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania.  When she is not on her Strengths Soapbox she enjoys running and pretending that she is on Broadway (thank you Wii).

"Elizabeth delivered an informative presentation at our camp staff orientation.  We asked her to discuss ways to communicate with children, what to anticipate in the classroom, and methods for handling unexpected situations.

Through Elizabeth’s genuine and personal approach, she was able to engage our counselors, some of whom had little prior interest in the subject matter, and help prepare them to work with our campers.  By including her personal experiences, she clearly illustrated the concepts behind her instruction.  Elizabeth's sincerity and warmth made the presentation a huge success and we look forward to having her back in the years to come."

 Client Testimonials

"Elizabeth made me aware of my strengths and how to use them to my advantage. She pushed me to think about my weaknesses and goals and showed me how to work through and toward them. Elizabeth went out of her way to make herself available to me, is goal oriented and motivated to help me until I felt satisfied."

"Elizabeth was my leadership coach for two years, and it is hard to capture all the ways in which Elizabeth's coaching positively impacted me.  At the end of the two years, I was more confident in my professional and personal strengths and how to leverage them.  I was more aware of how to challenge myself to grow in a way that would produce real change and  impact change on my team, manager, and colleagues. I was recently promoted and I know that the impact Elizabeth’s coaching had on my performance in my job is the reason I was chosen for increased leadership in my organization."

"From my first meeting with Elizabeth, I felt clearer. I tend to get so mired in daily details that I forget where I'm going and what I'm doing it all for. She helped me identify my truest wishes and goals and continually reminds me and puts me back on course. She is passionate, strong and warmly supportive...qualities that any great life coach should possess. I'm so grateful to her and can't say enough good about her."
